Request for help with this Attila Unit

I can read the name tag as identifying this attila jacket as having belonged to a "Sergeant Hegner" of a Leib-Garde Husaren Regt, but I'm trying to determine which regiment, from which state.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Well, I'll assume Prussia, based on a description that I found on line in an old auction catalog, accompanied by this photograph. If anyone has any thoughts or comments I would appreciate them.

Very nice. These are wonderful. Its actually not an Attila Bill,. Its called a Pelz.

I think a Pelz is easily the most attractive Imperial German tunic, due to the uniqueness of the wool or Krimmer around the edges, collar, and cuffs. In fact, everything about the construction is just so different than any other Imperial German tunic. The liners are thick, heavy, padded wool. Unlike an Attila which has two toggle buttons on the reverse like the front, on a Pelz there are two rosettes on the rear.

                Gentlemen.....

My thanks to you all !!

I will just note that one of my first stops in trying to identify this tunic (or "pelz") was "The Kaiser's Bunker", a really wonderful site, Tony!

                Thanks so much again!

It looks like the ink date is either 1900 or 1909. The other stamp must be "L.E." for Leib Eskadron.
