Visor Help Needed Please.

Managed to purchase 3 visors last week and this one has me scratching my head Not sure if its a veterans or school The colour of the body is black, the top cockade is yellow and the bottom cockade ive not seen before? Can anyone help ID this one for me

I can not help you for the identification but it's sure it's not military (administration, mining...?) and the cockades have most than probably been replaced.

The top cockade looks like a Prussian one but the white has yellowed with age, and the bottom one looks like a reich cockade and the rear section hasn't been painted black

Its a head scratcher for sure, if it wasnt for the white pipping id say miner or some other civilian org', as for the cockades, top one seems fine, its pinned under the material on the inside so no pic im afraid and the bottom onr does look TR but from the back pinning i wouldnt be too sure, im sure there is an Imperial officers cockade which might fit the bill? Anyone else able to help
