Help with gold bullion patch

i JUST PICKED THIS PIECE UP AND ITS FANTASTIC LOOKING , MY PICS ARE POOR BUT SHOW THE PATCH GOD ENOUGH . ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED .

I have no idea. But there is a lot of symbolism in it. Research the crown and you may lock down a country. The fact that it holds the iconic date of 1914 would lead me to a memorial insignia of some sort. Beats me, but well made.

This is fashioned after a Jäger Kaiserabzeichen. Its proportions are wrong. I believe it is a fantasy reproduction piece.

Hello,

While I am unfamiliar with this piece of insignia the base cloth does not look correct to me. Looks new and is not a badge cloth, finer grade, material.
