It looks like feldgrau wool on my computer, which would make it Bavarian. The unit mark is for a Prussian battalion. The Prussian cockade is an incorrect (officer's) example.

If the cap is actually graugrün, then maybe.....

The markings look OK, but the condition (no wear usage to the lining) would make me want to hold it in my hand before saying yes or no.
