    Imperial Buckle Set

    Hi all, fairly new here to the forum, but thought I'd post my buckle collection. I bought these as a set. I'm mostly a firearms guy, but I do collect imperial and nazi militaria on the side.

    One from each kingdom. I'm trying to work on some of the odd ball states, but I know they get tough. Trading a guy a few items for a Mecklenburg buckle. Will post that one too when it arrives.

    Nice buckles, thanks for showing the start of a nice collection!

    Be careful with the Mecklenburg buckle to make sure it is real, and not a copy. The brass Mecklenburg-Schwerin & brass Mecklenburg-Strelitz buckles have been heavily faked, and there are lots of bad ones out there. I just posted a thread showing an example that sold on eBay USA in the past couple of weeks.
