Need help with identifying uniforms and badge.

Hi guys!

I need some help identifying these uniforms and which unit any of these soldiers belonged to, what rank? What kind of badge is the soldier to the left wearing on his breast?

Any input appriciated.

The Austrian soldier is a private and the artillery proficiency badge is for Richtauszeichnung (gun layer).

The German is a one year volunteer in the s.Schützen Regiment Nr.108.
