Hallo Guys I want to buy this nice KuK infanterie tunic. I think it is original and untouched... please tell me your opinions about it

below there are the photos that the seller sent me...they are so bad sorry

IMHO a nice tunic for an infantry officer
Schwefelgelb Egalisierungsfarbe + yellow buttons + the plain cuffs identify the regiment as IR 99.
Of course the rank stars on the collar are missing.
