I read a strange word on the stamps: "Inventura". Maybe rumanian?

Thanks for information , i haw spoke whit owner , the says find it in Austia , but nothing else , i goth some new photos .

The buttons and the golden wire decorations look austrian made.
But the atilla is not military. Maybe a civilian jacket made in military style: who knows why, for a musical band, a servant in noble court, or just a fantasy creation for use in teathres.

I think Ironcrown is right in this case, it has nothing to do with a miliarí Attila, the noble court servant would be possible like a coachman or some noble guard. As for Inventura I think it's from some Slavic language, but a theater piece is a possibility as well.
