            You have a mix here of Pre-WWI, WWI and post WWI shoulder insignia. I'll work on an identification list.

                          The "22" strap is early Wehrmacht Feldbluse style imitating the WW 1 pattern and if the "22" is dark blue as it appears to me it's for the 22 Medical Batl. The "69" strap is the WW1 M-1915 Feldbluse style piped white for Inf. Regt. 69.
