German boots ?

Hello I have this boots since years, find in a Flea market in east France. The low parts looks strange for german pattern. For an other country ? Som say me German WW1 for cavalry ? Thank you for help.

They look very close to my German infantry boots. Looks like the lather on the heel was replaced.
