German helmet m16-17 "face cut" Artillery model?...HELP please

Hello, I found this helmet in a shop of "old iron". I think this is a helmet model 16-17Germany, but the nail is cut front.
I know that the front was cut to the Department of Artillery, this is a helmet Artillery WW1?
I think the interior is reassembled, maybe 20s?
I ask you for help, thanks in advance.
    Uwe

Hello Nick, I think the Turkish model with an internal re-edited, but I've never seen photos of the Turkish model, I believe that the cut of that model had to be bigger (without front nail).

I don't know who created this monster, but I do know it is not an original WWI German issued helmet... sorry.

Guys there is little mystery here, it's simply a broken helmet.

i think it's the first attempt at an M42. some whiz factory worker saw the cost savings in keeping the edge raw some 20 years ahead, only to be stopped by his order-loving superior

seriously i think it's just damaged.
