    Uniform Help Please

Was out and about this morning and picked this up from a picker I know, Austrian? The uniform color is green, the backs of the buttons have the maker K.u.K HOF Lieferanten with a two headed eagle holding crown and sword, I can't quite make out the maker tag, the collar is gold bullion tresse with one silver star on each side. Thoughts?

Tag reads "Praha" = Prague, so Habsburg monarchy (Austro-Hungarian Empire) which explains the German language

Thanks Nick, any thoughts on rank or unit type? I'm thinking this is a pre war jager uniform.

Pre-war Austrian yes....but not kaiserjager or landesschutzen.

Their prewar uniform from the late 1890's was pike-gray with green collar/cuff/shoulder strap. Not artillery either as that jacket color would be brown.
the cavalry branches would be medium blue and infantry would be dark blue.

So I am not quite sure what this jacket is....I will try to research it.

How would you describe the blue color? It looks blue/green from most of the pics, but dark blue from one of them.

Brian, jacket is not blue, it's green with red piping and cuffs, the bullion on the collar is gold and the star is silver. Sorry if the pics show different.
