Cant say for the cap itself. I thought that it is a theater pice at first but perhaps the base is original-but cant say of what? The only Austro-Hungarian thing on it is the eagle for infantry tchako and the golden/black braid (even dough not typical). Is that cyrilic script on the stamp?

Just an awful attempt at a repro. As stated, only the eagle wappen is possibly authentic Austro-Hungarian.

I don't understand if timbre is cyrillic or normal ... I think normal but timbre is very difficult to identify. I haven't never seen this tshako model. Eagle is originally and cord .... the had is lived, it is breaking in my hand but I believe dont' exist this model in KUK army... I'm thinking police shako or other kinds ...?? maybe it is repro but it is in old conditions...

But repro of what? o.O o.O

Please understand that this is NOT an original shako. Real Austro-Hungarian hussars shakos were not made of this flimsy material, had no chinstrap such as this, and were MUCH better made.
You need to disabuse yourself of any thoughts that this pile of crap is an authentic item.

The only original A-H part is the eagle for the infantry shako and the cord (but this is tyed up in uncaracteristic fashion and is not of the tipical shape-aldough period IMO.
Looking at the cap again I think its a theater pice made of some original parts and materials. As Robert said, A-H shakos are very diferent and no alter art in this shape exists. Perhaps your friend was thinking of old type of the black officer hat witch is similar in the soft body but completly diferent in all the other aspects.
Perhaps the basic hat is original (but from whitch country?), but was later altered in theater to fit the rough impresion of a-h hussar shako.
