Determination Tschako, need help

can you tell me something about this rare tschako? The plum seems preusian, hunter or machine gun department. Please note the numerous stamp.
What kind of a shako is it? What is the shako priced classify?

It appears to be marked to Fl. (Flieger) B.(Bataillon) 1. in 1912 and reissued to Fl.B.2 in 1913.

The shako was issued by the Garde Korps. I believe the Fliegertruppen wore the Gardestern.
