Thank you that's important, the seller doesn't claim it to be 'original' ww1 camo paint, maybe the gent is just unsure always read the descriptions, so imo its a reproduction camo.

The pattern is inspired by a purported original which appears in one of Ludwig Baer's later German-edition books.

The red backed MG insignia is available as a decal by a supplier, at this time the only thought I have its copied from 1920 Polish army mg units that faced the Russians. see this thread:

The one posted from the book other than the one I mentioned for me at this time its a copy unless I'm corrected by Mr Kittler.
