Unusual Bavaria helmet plate ID reqd

Morning any ideas what this is ? it does not have a motto and it has 3 bendy tabs to hold it to whatever it was it was held on to its 5 1/8" and the height is app. 3 3/8 . Any ideas Thanks Rob

Close James. They were some form of biscuits. But yes this is the Bayern Wappen thing that was attached to the lid.
