Photos have not really a good quality. Left skull looks like a fake to me. Btw, this tradition skull pattern was not worn during Imperial times. You can find it on Wehrmacht headgear.

One on the left is Flammenwerfer officer? It doesn't look right to me...the other one needs much better pics...
