I have no doubts on the two following plates but I'd like to know your thoughts on the screw posts.
Resoldered or not?

Is the smaller sized plate for a chapka?

Bonjour,

Preußen officers in Line Ulanen regiments wore the standard Pickelhaube eagle Wappen.

Only Preußen Jäger officers wore a smaller Line eagle Wappen on the Tschako.

If I understand well the smaller plate was only worn by Jäger officers on the tschako.

That is correct. However, German officers being who they were, it would not surprise me at all to see a period photo of a small Line Eagle Wappen on an Ulanen officer's Tschapka. But as a rule, all officers wore full size except for Jäger officers.
