    Czech Legion in Russia, 7th Rifle Rgt Uniform

    I post this in the International Forum but because of its WW1 era relevance I thought it might be appreciated here as well.

    The uniform is from a soldier in the 7th Rifle Regiment of the Czech Legion in Russia. It is apparently tailored in Vladivostok under Japanese occupation.

    Very Nice cap & tunic for the 7th Reg't.

    I concur with what Dale said in the other posting. The tunic is made from Japanese material, before the Czech Legion soldiers shipped out from Vladivostok to sail home to their newly founded 1st Republic of Czechoslovakia.
