It looks to be an Officers cap for Artillery, Pioneer or Technical Troops but materials are rather unusual and I've never seen such a wide sweatband in an Imperial cap before.

This looks like a good cap but the sweatband is all wrong. Could be a put together cap also. IMO

Has to be a costume/movie prop item. That's modern buckram sewn into it. Interesting that they used an original vulcanfiber visor though.
