Help with helmet m16(?) camo

Hello. I need some opionions on this helmet! I dont know anything about imperial helmets...

First off, what modell is it? Is it M16?

And second, is the interior original?

Third, is the camo original?

Maybe a completely reworked WWI Austrian shell, or, WWI German M18 shell? All done post war. I would say "No" to your concerns about the chinstrap, liner system, and paint. Are there any markings inside the shell? To me value = 0.

i see an original Austrian M17 shell that has been post-war repainted, and adorned with a fake liner and chinstrap.

Let's say it was an all original helmet, would it be considered rare with this type of camo? Or is it a quite common combination?
