ID of Visor Hat needed

This is on Ebay right now. Looks like a Schutzen set-up, but it has the crossed pick and hammer of the Bergbaudienst (Mining).

Any thoughts?:

A Bergbau cap is normally all black with red piping. Wattenscheid is in north Rhine-Westfalia.

With a correct Reichskokarde, it could be for an officer of the Garde Schutzen Battn.
The band appears to be velvet, which would be correct.
I have one on display in my den.
