I'd like to know, because my knowledge in this field is really low, if this jacket could be right or not... Is A WWI Ulanka? Why it doesn't got the side pockets?

I don't have the link any more, but it may well be one of the many tunics from a recent German auction of the holdings of an old costume shop in Frankfurt. There were many WWI and Weimar era feldgrau tunics that were pretty much all altered in some way or were just old reproductions. I suspect that we will be seeing many of them (both tunics and trousers), either for resale or "restored" to their "original" condition. I would not care to have this tunic. Chip
