    NCO question

Starting a early 1915 mannequin set up. What would the typical gear be for a typical NCO? Two ammo pouches? or one and binos or pistol etc.
Headgear would be the typical field cap or the officer cap with brim.
    Thank you for your time.

I'm not 100% what a certain Infantry nco's gear would be come winter/spring '15, Vizefeldwebel down same as a regular soldier? Chip would probably know.

            NCO question

Do you have to tunic for your display? It would seem you would want to start with the tunics and then work your way out with the other accessories .

As Eric says, it is pretty much dependent on which rank you choose. A Gerfreiter would be normally outfitted just like the the basic infantryman.

A Gefreiter would just wear a company knot. The NCO knots started with the next rank (Unteroffizier). The wearing of collar Litzen depends on the unit you are trying to depict. It's not like WWII when everyone in the army wore Litzen.
