    german 1918 (whit 2 canteens)

    hello, y have make some photo's of a mannequin late 1918,he is wearing !! two canteens ,like he should have had late in 1918,here he has two papercloth cover canteens(first he is wearing a metal and glas canteen ,than two metal ) (here he is wearing the steel helmet model 1918 also,)

      I'm surprised it took them until 1918 to have two canteens. The French canteen held significantly more water because they realized how important it was. The German canteen is pretty small.

          Pinard, not water. The French indeed realised how important it was to carry more pinard.

          Very nice setup, ideally sober.
          The more I see those, the more I feel the need to start to build one.
