Hessen M15 bluse worthy of restore??

Have this tunic bought off ebay France couple years ago. You gentlemen think I should leave as is or restore the collar and pocket flaps?
If you gents consider the rough repairs period I'll probably leave as is. I have been studying a lot of photos lately some of the field tunics look pretty rough late war.
