    K.u.K. pre war filed cap from Attick

    Hi Gents !
    This is my yestedays attick find.
    This cap was hidden in wooden box on the attick.
    Cloud somebody exactly say what this cap is ?
    It looks pre war or early war to me , because the dark blue clour.
    Alloppininos are wellcome !

        Hi Jan,
        it´s a pre 1908/09 enlisted men´s cap of so called "lichtblau" colour. This seems to be for infantry and is a private purchased one.
        These caps were still used by Landwehr and Landsturm troops in WW1 due to material shortage.
        Nice cap!

            I have decided to keep this cap , for some time, and after I will know.
            I like it. I t is big one, soze could be around 58...
            I am now focused on Austrohungarian uniforms, hedgear and equipment.
