I wanted to know if there were any Feldrock issued to Infantry Garde units using the same double Litzen applied to the collars of the dunkelblau Waffenrock. I know that there was a subsequent change in the center stripe to feldgrau to match the collar material. However, was there any transition period in which the remaining Litzen with red center stripes was used?

Well, the Germans were pretty frugal when it came to using up old stocks where they could. However, since these did not comply with the new regulations, I would think they would not have continued to use them....especially in peacetime. Obviously, this is just an opinion. I have no proof for this. The "new" Litzen for the M07 tunics would last until some time in 1915, when the shortened verions were introduced for the simplified tunics.
