My impression is that the white is a bit bright, and there seems to be a lot of surface wear concentrated in the area of the decal, and not so much elsewhere, like the decal has been aged. I have not handled any of these, and am a bad judge, but that is my first impressions, with the photos available.

These are getting just as bad as no-decal WWII helmets that people will just slap a SS decal on.

Stop ruining original M16s with fake guard shields dammit!

Sadly it's on b ay state militaria. Militaria dealers should know better and know to at least ask about an item with those who know better. It's just a shell and they want like 650 or 750.00 for it.
