That much I know, but what unit or organization could this be? High quality tunic, but not marked except for the buttons...Boards are actually buttoned and sewn on. Ed

The buttons are Bulgarian artillery, and the rank should be efrytor (lance corporal)

Aren't those an officer's shoulder boards? I would think so with the metallic lace on them.

Very nice! It's Bulgarian Artillery Poruchik /Lt. - obviously there has been a second pip/ parade uniform, model 1936. In use from 1936 to the end of WW2 and shortly after.
