A while ago I posted two helmets of the same guy who was an Einj. Freiw. in IR153.
I was very happy to find an officers model of the same regiment.
This haube was produced by Awes Marke. It looks (and feels) as if it's a felt haube on the inside...

Kind of neat to think that the officer might have given an order while wearing that helmet to a man wearing the other one!
