Hi there. As I am actually a collector of WWII helmets I have no idea what the following pictures show. Perhaps someone here mighht be able to figure out and tell me. I don't have any better pictures available.

Hi Matthias It's an example of the Henry V. Allien pattern brass spike and base for a US Army or National Guard dress helmet circa 1881-1902. Hope this helps..
