Concerning Stamps Feldmutze M1895,infanterie

Hi there,

I have a question concerning the stamps of this Feldmutze M 1895.
What does the stamp : U.S.E. mean?

Some other collectors said, that it could stand for Unteroffiziersschule Ettlingen but I m not really sure about it.

If you could solve this little problem I would be quite happy.

Interest to me on the left looks like Mg 6th battalion 64?

The other stamp is : MS.GB 64

I guess this is because it might have been used in a theatre.
