    Pickelhaube M95 Off. Baden Train-Abt. Nr. 14

Ok, it's been a while, but I managed to take some pictures again...
    Here's for your review a M95 Off. Baden Train-Abt. Nr. 14. (Durlach XIV. Armee-Korps).
From 1871 to 1903 the Baden Train-Abt. wore a Tschako. From 1903 on, they wore a M95 Pickelhaube with rounded chinscales.
Very interesting about this haube is the very dull surface of the leather dome...

The quality of the helmets in your colllection is just unbelievable. Some
of the linings ar so clean, they look like they have never been on
      someone's head.

      This Baden is no exception.

Very nice to say the least. Also great pictures. Are you using a light box? I get glare of my Pickelhaubes with direct lighting.

Justin, I use two of those big lights they normally use a lot on construction sites... they cost a lot less than real studio lights, but give almost the same quantity of light...
