Navy Dress Jacket for inspection

A old guy came into a friends shop today and he needed money for prescriptions. It is rough on old people today. But he bought a tunic, a shirt, tie badge and this cap, all seem to be Imperial Navy. I was not there when my friend bought the stuff, and I know nothing of Imperial German military items.
I have bought from him before, but this time I am a little worried, because I was not present. And I am a little skeptical. You try to help some one out, and you never know.

Jacket is a good period piece. So depending on what you paid for the lot will determine if you took a bath or not.
