Leib Kurasier Regt. No. 1 cap Ebay

First, apologies for the last minute post, and lack of photos. Ebay USA item # 220625009690, appears to be a virtually brand new officer's schirmmutze for the Leib Kurasier Regt. No. 1. It's been bid up to $280; high for what appears to be a repro to me. Helmut Weitze has an authentic cap for about 1900 euros.
Any opnions on the Ebay item? Thanks.

I have just visited his web site. He wants only 1450 Euro for the cap! But it is a very rare and nice cap!!

PS: I would like to see a photo of a cap or Krätzchen from that Regiment in wear! Somebody who can help me?

I cannot post photos, but I certainly believe the enlisted mutze is a good one, made by a cap maker in Breslau, the regiment's garrison.
The officer's cap, which I believe is offered by Helmut Weitze, appears to be authentic as well.
The Leib Kurasier Regt. No.1 is my favorite Imperial regiment, a very old and illustrious unit.

I'm interested in the Regiment since I heard it was the oldest Prussia cavalry Regt. (founded in 1674)!

Here is a photo of the Kaserne! It shows the Kaserne of the Leibkürassiere in Breslau in 2006.

PS: The cap makers mark in the caps say the address was: An den Kasernen 5!
