Yes, Brandenburg cuffs are the most common for Prussian infantry.

Wow looking at them all again I note that the GWM tunic has a better look because the shoulders are not so straight. Originals slope down unlike most repros that look too sharp in their cut. The Original have sloppy downturned sloped shoulders.

I got the tunic in from Hessian. I am totally impressed for the price however sadly my neck does not fit in an otherwise perfect fitting tunic. I like the color of the tunic a lot.

I wear a 46 chest so i ordered a size 48 and it fit like it was made for me save for the neck. Must be the fact it's made in china and they run small? I dunno.

I asked Hessian about exchanging for a size 50 IF the neck is any bigger. I don't know how I got it wrong. Me and my girlfriend took a seamtress tape to my neck and it read 18 inches and I took a thread and went around my neck then cut it off and it was 18 inches.

After getting the tunic I used masking tape and come up with 19 1/2 so I will order a custome made one with a 20 inch neck if they don't have a larger one on the size 50.

Here is the neck, you can see the buttons fit but there is no way I'd get the wire fastoner on.

          Looks like a pattern flaw.

how so? I'd think if I was smaller in the neck it would fit across fine?

I have a 1910/14 from Hessens supplier. I am very happy with the fit and the cut of the tunic. Is it possible that you just got a fluke?

I do not believe there is a better repro on the market that comes close to the price.

A size 50 will fit me perfect IF ONLY the neck is larger. They got my tunic back and since the main guy is out of town on business with the tunic makers they can't tell me till the week end if a 50 will fit or if I need a custom ordered tunic.

If I need a custom ordered I hope they don't run too much extra.
