    Guys whats the Story on this Shovel & carrier?, is it german or austrian or ?

                The shovel is Austrian. The carrier is a german contract job for her WW1 Allies.

                      Eric these shovels & carriers come from Bulgaria via ebay seller, do you think the Bulgarians Used these WW1 Austrain Shovels as WW2 re-issue jobs?, i have a carrier excact same as this one dated 1916 Berlin.

                          Iam sorry. I missed the logo on the shovel (Kingdom of Bulgaria) Which says to me. A German contract job (Bleckmann) for the Bulgarian forces. Your right Scott, this equipment was reissued in WW2.
