I like this one but asking pricve is kinda high.

Check his other auctions. He's got more helmets in a book.

    Anyone know the seller?

Rather then make a new thread

Also if anyone knows, what should a WWI PORTUGUESE helmet sell for? I want to pick one up but this one looks kinda high. I saw one go with an insignia go not too long ago for 106.00 and I lost on it.

      W.,

IMO his asking price is ridiculas. Just because it was pictured in a book does not make it anything other than what it actually is... a decent example of an original WWI German M16 helmet... very rough liner... missing chinstrap and drawstring.

Ya I agree. He is taking offers but I don't know why a better example was not used in the book in the first place.
