Help identifying shoulder boards and visor hat chinstrap

I just bought out a collection of items from a gentleman who acquired them from his uncle who served in WW2. Mostly TR but I am having trouble identifying the three shoulder boards (gold with green backing) and a chinstrap for an officers visor hat I believe. I appreciate the help!

Isn't the bullion officer chinstrap for "reichsbahn"/railway, and Third Reich era?

I'm not any good w/the shoulderboards, sorry.

That did not cross my mind, will check that out. Thanks for the help and compliments, this was not a cheap lot to buy as a dealer made a pretty good offer on it several years ago.

I don't believe any of the shoulder straps are from the WWI period. They are, in my opinion, postwar examples.

Thanks for the input. If they are more TR period could they possibly be for a Hauptmanm of Administration (pair), Oberst for the single? What throws me is the braid is gold.
