US Fraternal

These look more like a set of a fraternal organization from here in the US. They made some real nice ones from back in the 1890's with this leather slip on that now resembles what the US Navy uses on their shoulder boards.

Kondor - thanks - have also been told that they may be DDR etc, sure would be nice to know what they are - I thought that they were German possibly Feldmarshall without the devices????
