WW1 German Uniform ???

Hi guys, Ii just picked this up in part of a grouping. Any ideas what it is? It looks german and buttons are marked extra fein on the back. Has wear but all there and still very displayable. Both boards are matching!

It has a closure belt and buckle, also a unusual felt covered button.

Hi,
Looks like an Imperial German Officer,s 'Dunkelblau' ( Dark Blue service Tunic)
1894-1907 to me. Iam not to hot on shoulder boards though. Hope this helps.

I agree that's what this looks like, but the cypher is missing the crown at the top on both epaulettes, which is kind of odd.

It appears to be a dunkelblau Überrock or a Kleine Dienstanzug.
