Regimental Marked Cartridge Box

Hi,

Not too quick on earlier German items, any idea what this is? It's also dated 1874? I wanted to post this in the for sale section but have no idea what to ask? Any help would be great.

Hi, looks just like a cartridge box I discussed with a friend when he got it. Does it have the slots inside that seperates individual cartridges? This was the main reason he bought his, as he seemed to think it made it much more rare.

Yes it does, I actiually have 2. ANy way to research the regiment?
