Ulanen Epaulet with Initials?

Hi,

I recently found this Epaulet, and there are some sort of initials embroidered on it. Also there seems there was some sort of star attached instead of a button. Does anyone has opinions? Can the regiment be determined?

Here is the Chiffre of the Ulan Rgt.Nr.6. I don't think it is a match.

Finally found a similar epaulet online (Its not mine but from an internet auction). The star is a guard star and the initials are embroidered after service as a reservist remembrance item.
