Good day to all:
I know nothing about spiked helmets and could really use you guys help.I have a chance to buy a WW1 Bavarian Reserve Officers Pickelhaub that is complete,never messed with and has the Baverian Reservists cross on the front plate.The helmet is in very good cond.I would like to know the price range for such a helmet.Thanks in advance for your help.

I purchased a Bavarian reserve officer last year for $2500, was told by a couple collectors that was too high.
But this one had "the look" and I've not seen one better in my opinion for sale since.
I think it really depends on the individual look of the piece. For me anyway.

most sell between $1200 and $1600 although condition is everything, and price could go higher for a mint example
