What kind of visor cap is this?

got this one yesterday and I have no idea what it is (or should I say what it was?)

Maybe anybody can help?

I'm not sure if the wreath is original with this cap.

I think this once was a visor cap - shield and 'Sturmriemen' are lost.

Looks like this was a visor cap. The insignia is the Prussian state cockade of WW1 period. About the wreath? I have no idea. Interesting.

The cap looks put together. May not even be military.

I dug up a photo of Freikorps men wearing a similar wreath (circular, connected at the top). I have no idea about your cap... but it's an idea.
