I don't have any clue about haube's, but this piece is fanatastic.

Absolutely stunning piece Gulli.

Haubes are one of the most attractive German helmets to display, and that is one of the most attractive pickels I have seen. I think the koffer is most likely harder to come by than the helmets, I have a couple but being paper mache they suffer often.

Another advantage of displaying pickels and not SS/DD/M35's is that the 'cleaning lady' does not spread rumours around the neighborhood about " the secret Nazi" that lives at No 402.

Very nice pre war Officers helmet. It would be hard if not impossible to find a better one.
