Artillery Lugar holster - Opinions, value

Here is a recent find. I am looking for opinions and value. It is nicely dated 1914 and has a great brown color. It has the rare modification (I read somewhere that they are rare) of belt loops added for wear directly on the belt. Thanks, Martin
