Need help here - anyone know what this is? My dad just pulled a large group of stuff out of the woodwork and this was with it (as was alot of SS stuff and a nice Luft uniform).

I am a Third Reich Kid, My Dad collected WWI German and I know a bit about it and have some pieces but I would not be able to help you on value.
