I got this recently and it is beaten to death. Can this be repaired? Alternatively, is it total junk? Must be some value to the parts. Thanks for any help.

I would like to have one of these. I did not know the Eagle was damaged when I got it. Would I need to fine parts for it and add the spike from this one or should I just sell it and get a better one? What would I expect to pay for one in decent condition? Where should I look for parts or a complete one? sale price for one like mine would be what? I know that is a lot of questions but this is first for me.
